Dr. Victory Ifeoma Njoku, popularly known as Vickyheldan, is a Nigerian-born visionary leader, multiple award-winning entrepreneur, global
speaker, philanthropist, and one of Africa’s most influential voices in interior design and creative leadership. She is the Founder and CEO of
The Vickyheldan Group of Companies, a luxury conglomerate encompassing interior design and architecture, home collections, and fashion
design renowned globally for its creativity, elegance, and bold innovation. Her works has been featured on prominent international
platforms including Vogue Italia, CNN Africa, Glam Africa, New York Weekly, The Wall Street Times, The Chicago Journal, among others.

A passionate creative from her formative years, Vickyheldan built her brand on originality, excellence, and an unwavering dedication to
distinctive luxury design. She has become widely admired for her ability to envision and execute extraordinary designs that continue to
elevate the global perception of African creativity.

Dr. Victory is an alumna of Benson Idahosa University (Nigeria), the New York School of Interior Design (USA), and Georgetown University,
Washington D.C.( USA) She serves as the Lead Interior Designer at Vickyheldan Interior Design & Architecture, as well as a thought leader
and educator at Mastery with Vickyheldan, where she mentors emerging creatives and entrepreneurs across Africa and the diaspora.

Her influence extends far beyond design. As a global speaker, she has graced international and local platforms, including the United Nations
General Assembly in New York and the Global Africa Summit in Washington, D.C., among many others. Through these engagements, she
passionately advocates for women and youth empowerment, as well as the growth of Africa’s creative industry, with a particular focus on
strengthening connections between Africa and the diaspora.
Driven by a deep commitment to impact, she established the Vickyheldan Empowerment Foundation (VEF), a non-profit dedicated to
supporting the less privileged across Africa. Its mission aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on
restoring livelihoods and providing essential resources to underserved communities.
