Aisha holds a degree in Banking, Finance and Management from Loughborough University, where she also serves on the Alumni Advisory Board, supporting initiatives that strengthen engagement between the university and its global alumni network.
Beyond her corporate career, Aisha is deeply committed to improving financial literacy and access to practical money education. She is the co-founder of The Hustle Table, a financial education platform that helps young professionals navigate money, careers, and wealth-building with clarity and discipline. She is also the co-founder of Coin IQ, a Saturday financial literacy school designed to teach children and teenagers how money actually works—from budgeting and saving to investing and financial decision-making. The initiative was created to address a common gap Aisha observed while working in finance: many families build wealth but do not pass on the financial knowledge required to sustain it across generations. Building on this mission, Aisha is also the author of Raising Money-Smart Children: A Practical Money Manual for African Parents of Children Aged 3–18. The book provides parents with a practical, step-by-step framework for teaching children about money from an early age, helping families build healthy financial habits and a stronger foundation for generational wealth.
Through her speaking engagements, writing, and educational initiatives, Aisha advocates for a new narrative around money—one where financial literacy becomes a powerful tool for independence, confidence, and long-term opportunity. Outside of finance, Aisha brings the same discipline and resilience to her personal pursuits. She is a qualified nutritionist and former semi-professional basketball player who spent over a decade in competitive sport before transitioning into coaching and educating young athletes.
