Her passion and commitment to positive impact, growth, and socio-economic development have given rise to VICKYHELDAN FOUNDATION, a non-profit organization that serves as a beacon of hope for the less privileged in Africa. The mission of this foundation is to mentor and educate young creative individuals in creative skill acquisition programs, technology innovation programs, advocacy on gender-based equality, advocacy on women empowerment, and girl child education, hereby restoring the livelihood, providing essential facilities, and protecting the vulnerable segments of the society.
As a result of her dedication and service to humanity, she has received numerous accolades and awards as a testament to her positive impact, contributions, and mentorship of individuals and organizations in Africa. Amongst her numerous honors is the title of ECOWAS YOUTH AMBASSADOR, the prestigious NELSON MANDELA LEADERSHIP AWARD OF EXCELLENCE AND INTEGRITY, ICON OF DEVELOPMENT AWARD BY THE NIGERIAN YOUTH LEAGUE, “ACHIEVER PAR EXCELLENCE” AWARD by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF NORTHERN NIGERIAN STUDENTS (NANNS), in recognition of immense contribution towards national development, educational upliftment, youth engagement, and relentless service. Dr. Charles O'Tudor got his honorary doctorate degree from Prowess University, United States of America. He is the Group Principal Consultant of ADSTRAT brand management consultants, a firm renowned for its out-of-the-box approach to brand strategy and engagement.

He is an accomplished author, public speaker, and thought leader. His intellectual thoughts are captured in two of his publications [BrandsArise: The Nigerian Brand Renaissance and The Charles O’Tudor Personal Brand Guide Volumes 0.1 and 0.2]. He believes entrepreneurship is the future of African economies and has appeared on numerous stages globally to share his thoughts on how to strategically make entrepreneurship work for Africa. This has influenced his investment in entrepreneurs through his #COBMC series [Charles O’Tudor BrandMasterClass], which has been held consecutively for over five years. He is passionate about strategy, brand building, and engagement.
A recipient of numerous awards, including the Nelson Mandela African Leadership Award, he is a member, board of directors, Nigerians in Diaspora, Europe.
