The mission of this foundation is focused on giving hope, restoring the livelihood, protecting and providing adequate facilities for the less privileged in Africa in accordance with the United Nations sustainable development goals.

Feyisola Abiru, a Nigerian furniture industry trailblazer, is the CEO of H&Y Furniture Manufacturers Limited (formerly Home & You Limited), a company she founded over 27 years ago out of a passion for enhancing living and workspaces. A graduate of Dramatic Arts from Obafemi Awolowo University (1990), her journey into furniture manufacturing began with simple, self-designed home makeovers that quickly grew into a thriving enterprise. H&Y Furniture Manufacturers specializes in the mass production of modular furniture including doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and office furnishings. Operating from a state-of-the-art factory in Ikorodu, Lagos state, the company continues to grow through standardization, innovation and a commitment to excellence. It serves a wide customer base across real estate, educational, hospitality and corporate sectors

As a lifelong learner, Feyisola Abiru is an alumna of the Lagos Business School’s Owner Manager Programme (OMP5), the prestigious IMD Business School in Switzerland, and most recently, a 2024 graduate of the Stanford Seed Transformation Program—a milestone that is helping her scale H&Y into a globally competitive enterprise with stronger systems, strategic focus andleadership capacity.
A firm believer in human capital development, Feyisola established the H&Y EPIIC Academy—an in-house vocational training and upskilling platform rooted in Excellence, Partnership, Innovation, Integrity and Customer care. Through the Academy, she continues to empower young people, particularly those from underserved communities, with practical skills in carpentry, upholstery, furniture installation and machine operation. The Academy provides welfare support including lunch, transportation and accommodation to trainees from outside Ikorodu.
She has mentored countless entrepreneurs and collaborated with government agencies at all levels to drive skill acquisition, with a special focus on encouraging young girls and women to explore careers in woodworking and furniture production.
Her philanthropic work is equally impactful. Feyisola is a longstanding member of the International Women Society (IWS), where she served as Chairperson of the Skills Acquisition Centre. During her tenure, she:
- Raised over ₦40 million to equip the centre with modern tools.
- Facilitated government support to refurbish the facility.
- Oversaw the graduation of over 300 skilled students.
- Launched a scholarship scheme for indigent learners.
- Introduced the IWS business pitch contest to spark entrepreneurship.
She is also a member of the OB-PS Society for supporting global Girl Guides and co-organized its first virtual world conference in 2021, raising £70,000 for the empowerment of young women. A co-founder of Friends in Faith, she is committed to the spiritual and leadership development of Muslim youths.

Feyisola Abiru with her husband co-founded an innovation hub (SAIL), a dedicated innovation and tech hub that is providing relevant technology, business and digital skills to indigent tech enthusiasts and young entrepreneurs.
Married to Senator Adetokunbo Abiru, they are blessed with three children. Mrs. Feyisola Abiru continues to lead H&Y Furniture Manufacturers with vision, resilience and a heart for impact, building not just furniture—but futures.
